預訂之行程為訂位日起（含）3 日後發車者，應於訂位日起（含）3 日內完成付款。
預訂之行程為訂位日起（含）3 日內發車者，至遲應於乘車日之前 1 日完成付款。
預訂當日乘車票者，最遲應於列車出發前 30 分鐘前完成付款。

❐取消訂位/退票作業
✹完成付款但尚未取票之訂位紀錄，至遲應於列車出發時間前 30 分鐘前，利用本系統、高鐵T Express取消訂位，或至車站售票窗口辦理退票：
✹手續費用為每張車票 20 元。原已支付之票款差額將於扣除手續費用後，餘額返還原付款帳戶。經高鐵公司公告受颱風影響期間退票免收手續費者，於發車前30分鐘前透過本系統辦理取消訂位、刪減行程或刪減人數，可免收手續費。已取票者， 可持票至高鐵車站辦理(如為站外通路取票者，除高鐵車站外，亦可利用站外通路辦理，詳見各通路頁面說明) 。
✹於車站辦理退票時，請攜帶訂位代號並出示訂位時憑證欄位使用之身分證明文件，退票手續費用為每張車票20元。
✹辦理退票後，經本公司確認可退費，以信用卡方式付款者，款項將退回原付款信用卡（特殊情況除外）。作業流程預估約需 7-15 個工作天（請扣除假日期間）。
